This is why an independent scientific committee of leading experts has designed an interactive 2-day programme to bring healthcare professionals together.

This was a large summit with a jam-packed agenda consisting of conference-style presentations, product demonstrations and smaller break-out sessions. With numerous meetings and presentations running simultaneously across several venues, there was a high level of complexity.

The Confederation of Danish Industri (DI) is Denmark’s largest, most representative and most influential business and employers’ organisation, covering manufacturing as well as service industries across sectors such as transport, energy, IT, health, trade and professional services. DI’s event team wanted to hold a conference with Arabic-speaking participants in January 2017 at the Hotel Narcissus in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The event was organised using the hotel's WiFi network at very short notice.

Founded in 1900, in Paris (France), the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) is the worldwide governing body for cycling. It develops and oversees cycling in all its forms, for all people as a competitive sport, as a healthy recreational activity, as a means of transport, and also just for fun. Interprefy was approached to provide remote simultaneous interpreting in French and English for two half-day seminars on cycling.

The Challenge

Limited Venue Space

The world's most prominent social media platform, Facebook, has an upcoming summit in Berlin. The challenge for the event organizer agency, Jack Morton Worldwide, was to identify an adequate interpreting provider. With limited floorspace and reluctance on the part of the customer to use interpreter booths, Interprefy was approached to provide interpreters.

Lush's annual summit is a hotbed of discussion, debate, activism and action, from campaigners and grassroots voices across the globe. And it is broadcast live via the Lush Player. Participants are invited to attend panel discussions with topics spanning human rights, animal rights, and the environment. LUSH Summit is a digital event which means participants can join thousands of other like-minded change-makers across the globe.
