Interprefy Remote Support Technician

Remote Support Technicians

To ensure consistent quality and reliability, our team of experienced remote support technicians help set up Interprefy sessions on the day of the event and monitor interpretation, audio and video throughout. Your remote support technicians will:

  • connect to the event at least one hour before the start;
  • perform a sound check with the interpreters or check Interprefy AI is received on all language channels;
  • connect Interprefy to your event platform;
  • maintain a direct line with all interpreters throughout your event;
  • set up internal communication channel to monitor event activities;
  • report on the event every 5 minutes  on internal channels;
  • log a session report rating platform, interpreters, and Interprefy AI's performance, as well as issues or troubleshooting steps taken.

Interprefy’s unique and stringent quality control, remote interpretation support, and technical expertise mean that your event will go smoothly from beginning to end.

Media Services

You can request media services on demand. If you do, our Operation Managers will assign one or more video editors to be ready to work on your files as soon as the event is over. Your project manager will then send the recordings over to you using a secure exchange service.

We have three levels of media services:

  • live which will produce the content as it was created on the meeting;
  • enhanced where our team of video editors will technically edit your content to, for example, match the languages to the subtitles, create burnt-in captions or generate videos with embedded audio channels;
  • premium where your content will be edited by linguists to provide you with broadcast quality subtitles and voiceovers.
