TEDxIbiza is a predominantly volunteer-run cultural event that brings together speakers, performers and audiences from across Ibiza’s international and local communities. Originally launched as TEDxDaltVila in 2023, the organisation earned the TEDxIbiza name after building a strong reputation for its production and programming. 

Easyfairs is one of Europe’s most prominent event organisers, staging more than 200 trade shows and exhibitions annually across industries including manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and packaging. Recognised among the top 20 global exhibition organisers, Easyfairs is guided by a mission to "visit the future" — continuously embracing innovation, sustainability, and forward-thinking experiences.

DLC Events, a leading AV company based in Dubai, has been working with Interprefy since 2020. In a recent collaboration with the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi for the Emergency Medical Teams (EMT) Global Meeting 2024, DLC Events faced the challenge of providing multilingual services within a strict budget. They turned to Interprefy AI to meet these requirements, achieving a solution that exceeded expectations.

Between the 12th and 15th of February 2023, the World Government Summit convened at the Madinat Jumeriah, Dubai, to explore the topic of "Shaping Future Governments." Distinguished thinkers, prominent experts, and influential decision-makers from across the world came together to exchange ideas and collaborate on devising critical tools, policies, and models necessary for shaping governments of the future.  

AVIXA is the audiovisual and integrated experience association, the community for creative professionals who use technology to create integrated experiences. Their members believe that audiovisual technology can change how people communicate and experience the world. 

The Congress Rental Network (CRN) is a worldwide network of industry-leading AV companies, all equipped with the latest Bosch Congress equipment for hire, that caters for any event where audiovisual equipment and support personnel are required.

Herbalife Nutrition organises many events for its distributors across the globe every year. The events typically last multiple days and include a range of presentations, team activities and live shows. For their Barcelona event in 2022, the event featured speakers in 24 languages and an audience of over 18,000 who attended the event in person. The company aimed to provide live interpretation in 27 languages. To achieve this, Herbalife required strong partners pulling together.
