Interprefy Agent

Forget virtual cables and complex audio routing. Interprefy Agent makes adding multilingual support to your meetings effortless. By joining as a silent participant, the Agent captures crystal-clear audio, streams it to Interprefy, and instantly provides AI speech translation (also known as AI interpretation) and live captions. Participants simply click the shared link in the meeting chat to follow the meeting in their preferred language — on desktop or mobile.

1. Joins your meeting

You’ll receive a dedicated Interprefy Agent email address. Simply invite it to your online meeting (just like any other participant), and the Agent will automatically join at the scheduled start time.

2. Captures the audio

Once in the meeting, the Agent captures the original audio and securely streams it to Interprefy’s platform for real-time translation and captioning — no complex setup needed.

3. Adds live language support

With Interprefy Agent, you can choose from over 80 languages, enabling up to 10 source languages for automatic switching and up to 25 for manual switching.

4. Shares audience link

Attendees get an automatic link in the meeting chat to follow in their chosen language. They simply click it to access live translation and captions on their preferred device. Captions and translations automatically stop when the meeting ends.

Supports pre-scheduled meetings.

Does not support: Teams Live Events, Town Halls, Webinars, breakout rooms, or registration-required sessions.

Ad-hoc meetings are possible — just schedule via calendar, invite the Agent, and add participants once it starts.
