How Interprefy Works With GoTo Webinar Events

If you’re already hosting events on GoTo Webinar, adding Interprefy is effortless. We manage the multilingual setup behind the scenes — so you can focus on delivering your content while every attendee follows along in their preferred language.
 
 

How It Works for Organisers:

  • Identify your GoTo Webinar session(s) where multilingual access is needed. 

  • Sign in to your GoTo Webinar account, schedule a new webinar event or open an existing one to get to the Event Details page.

  • Once your event is scheduled, select "Request a token key" from Live Interpretation or access the form here to request a token key/access code.

  • Once received, enter the token key or access code and select Save. It is important to notice that this code  will be only valid for this session.

  • Attendees can then choose their preferred language and follow the event with real-time interpretation, AI speech translation, or captions. 

How It Works for Participants:

  • During the webinar, attendees click the Interpreter icon in the GoTo interface.

  • They select their preferred language from the dropdown menu.

  • The chosen language replaces the original audio stream — delivered either by professional interpreters or Interprefy AI.

  • If captions are enabled, attendees can view live, AI-generated captions directly within the session.
