Interprefy audio-visual (AV) Integration connects your venue’s audio system with Interprefy’s cloud platform so interpreters can work remotely, or audiences can access AI-powered multilingual audio and captions, while your AV team maintains full control on site. With minimal adjustments and expert support, it allows you to deliver multilingual access through your existing equipment with enterprise-grade efficiency.
How AV Integration Works
Audio from your main sound console or conferencing system is sent to Interprefy’s cloud platform. Remote interpreters receive the feed and deliver real-time translations. The translated audio is then returned into your venue’s audio system or conferencing stream so attendees access their language channel via headsets, speaker systems, or the Interprefy app. Your existing AV equipment remains largely untouched—just a routed audio feed and back-feed for language channels.
How It Works
1. Connect Your Venue Audio
Your AV team provides a clean programme audio feed from your sound desk or conferencing system into Interprefy’s cloud platform. When needed, hardware such as the Interprefy RSI Box can be used to manage audio routing on site.
2. Audio Is Processed in the Cloud
Interpreters receive the live feed to deliver real-time language channels, and Interprefy AI can generate multilingual audio or captions when selected.
3. Language Audio Returns to Your System
Interprefy sends the interpreted channels back into your venue’s audio chain or conferencing stream for distribution through your existing equipment.
4. Attendees Listen in Their Preferred Language
