How It Works for Organisers:

Book your session with Interprefy, confirming language pairs and meeting requirements.
Enable language interpretation when scheduling your Teams meeting, and assign interpreter placeholders via the meeting options (for RSI).
During the meeting, Interprefy’s certified interpreters provide real-time spoken interpretation using our professional-grade soft console (for RSI).
AI Speech Translation is also available — providing automated real-time speech translation when needed.
Participants can follow captions via our web app and mobile app.
Participants choose their language from the Teams audio settings and receive high-quality interpreted or automatically translated audio.

How It Works for Organisers:

Participants can follow real-time AI Speech Translation and captions on the Interprefy web app or mobile app, choosing whichever suits their needs.
The virtual audio connection can be optionally used to bring AI Speech Translation and captions directly into Teams as an audio stream.
On the web, participants may just need to reduce or mute the original Teams audio to focus on the translated stream. If 2-way AI translation is enabled, auto volume control is applied.
Participants keep both the Teams meeting and the Interprefy platform open, selecting their preferred language or accessibility option within Interprefy.
