Built for RingCentral 

Interprefy integrates with RingCentral (formerly Hopin) through an embedded language selector widget, enabling human interpretation, AI speech translation, and AI-powered captions without changing how you build or run your event. Attendees access their preferred language directly through the widget or via the Interprefy web and mobile apps using an event access code. Interpreters operate remotely on Interprefy’s specialist console to deliver consistent, professional audio, and every multilingual setup is prepared and monitored live by Interprefy’s project managers and remote technicians to ensure reliable, enterprise-grade delivery across sessions.


How Interprefy Works With RingCentral Events

If you’re already running events on RingCentral, adding Interprefy is straightforward. We handle the multilingual setup in the background — so you can focus on your content while every attendee follows in their preferred language.
 
 

How It Works for Organisers:

  • Identify your RingCentral session(s) where multilingual access is needed and share your event languages and schedule with the Interprefy team. 

  • Request multilingual support from Interprefy for your upcoming RingCentral event.

  • Once your event is scheduled, add the widget link provided by Interprefy to your RingCentral event page using the platform’s standard steps.

  • The event page will display a language selector attendees can use.

  • Attendees can then choose their preferred language and follow the event with real-time interpretation, AI speech translation, or captions. 

How It Works for Participants:

  • To use the Interprefy mobile app, attendees need to download the app (if not already installed), simply enter the event token or scan the QR code provided by the event organiser.

  • To use the Interprefy web app, they simply open it in Google Chrome or Edge browser using a link or entering the event access code provided by the organiser.

  • To use the embedded widget, they select their preferred language directly on the event page.
