Interprefy Plans Structure

Interprefy Plans follow a modular structure, with an overarching Platform Plan as the foundation and additional add-ons, such as Professional Services, Interpreter Services, and Media Services available based on the customer’s requirements and specific use cases. 

Interprefy Plans & Add-Ons Foundation Platform Plan The Platform Plan provides access to the Interprefy platform and forms the foundation of every Interprefy Plan. It enables organisations to deliver multilingual events across virtual, hybrid, and onsite environments. Extend with add-ons Add-On 01 Professional Services Ideal for organisations seeking structured operational support. Provides advanced technical configuration and remote support for consistent delivery across recurring engagements. Add-On 02 Professional Interpreters For organisations requiring professional interpreter services and coordination. Connects you with certified interpreters for accurate, high-quality multilingual communication. What are the Interprefy Pricing Plans?

The Interprefy Plans include a recurrent, 12-month pricing model designed for organisations with ongoing or recurrent multilingual communication needs. They provide access to the Interprefy platform through a predefined allocation of platform hours, starting from 10 hours. Usage is tracked transparently and deducted from your annual hour allocation. Optional add-ons can be included to support your specific requirements.

When do I need an Interprefy Plan?

An Interprefy Plan is the perfect choice if your organisation:

  • Hosts multiple events throughout the year and wants a seamless, cost-effective solution.
  • Runs large events that require several hours of service or multilingual support.
  • Prefers to manage Interprefy’s cutting-edge technology on-demand for full control and flexibility.
What add-ons are available with the Platform Plan?
The Platform Plan can be enhanced with optional add-ons depending on your requirements. These may include Professional Services (that can include Live Monitoring), Interpreter Services, Media Services, and additional onboarding hours. Add-ons are selected at the time of plan definition and tailored to your specific multilingual needs. Our team will guide you in determining which services are appropriate for your setup. 
How long do I have to use the hours in my plan?

All hours purchased within an Interprefy Plan must be used within 12 months from contract start date to contract end date.

What happens if I don’t use all my hours within 12 months?
Unused hours do not roll over. To ensure you maximize your plan, the Interprefy team will monitor and report on your usage.
How do I choose the right number of hours for my plan?
Interprefy Plans are designed with tiered pricing, meaning the more hours you purchase, the better the value. If your required hours are close to the next tier, selecting a higher tier can provide additional hours at a more advantageous rate, ensuring you maximize your plan’s benefits.
Can I purchase additional hours if I run out?
No, but you can subscribe to a new plan at any time of the year.
Does the Interprefy Plans auto-renew?
 No, Interprefy Plans do not renew automatically. Each plan is valid for 12 months, allowing you to use your allocated hours within that period. After that, you have full control over choosing a plan again based on your needs. A dedicated Sales representative will contact you towards the end of the contract to discuss renewal.  
What billing options are available for Interprefy Plans?
We offer flexible billing options to suit your needs. Choose to pay upfront, monthly, or quarterly - whichever works best for your budget and event planning.

How is usage tracked in my Interprefy Platform Plan?

Platform usage is tracked in 5-minute increments and deducted from your total allocated hours. There is no traditional overtime model — usage is simply subtracted from your annual plan balance. You receive regular usage reports to maintain full visibility over hours used and remaining. This ensures predictable tracking throughout your 12-month term.


Are there discounts available?
Yes! We offer tiered discounts based on the total hours in your plan.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
If you need more hours, you can always subscribe to a new plan that fits your needs. However, upgrading an existing plan is not available. This gives you the flexibility to choose the best option as your requirements evolve.
Do I get training on how to use the Interprefy platform?
Yes. Onboarding includes dedicated training to ensure you are fully prepared to use the Interprefy platform. This covers guided sessions, platform walkthroughs, event configuration support, and a technical test to ensure everything runs smoothly. Training is tailored to your setup and may include sessions for hosts, as well as best-practice guidance. A post-training follow-up is also scheduled to support adoption and ensure confidence in using the platform (onboarding fees apply).
