The team placed these QR codes thoughtfully across multiple touchpoints — from screens inside the event rooms to physical assets handed out during registration.

To enhance the listening experience, myPOS even gifted each attendee a pair of earbuds as part of their event welcome package. This small but thoughtful detail immediately positioned live translation as an integral part of the summit, not an afterthought.

Attendees could simply scan the QR code, plug in their earbuds, and begin listening to real-time translations directly through the Interprefy mobile app or browser-based audience mode. Even when occasionally an earbud battery ran low, attendees discovered they could still listen clearly by holding their phone closer to their ear — an unexpectedly delightful moment that reflected the flexibility of Interprefy' setup.
