Interprefy Launches Media Hub for Instant Captions, Transcripts & AI Summaries

Written by Dayana Abuin Rios | August 26, 2026

Zurich, Switzerland, August 20, 2026 —  Interprefy  has launched Interprefy Media Hub, a secure, self-service portal that gives organisations direct access to the recordings, transcripts, captions, multilingual audio and AI-generated summaries created during their events.

Designed to make post-event content available without lengthy handovers or repeated file requests, Media Hub brings event assets together in one central location, organised by session and ready to preview, generate, edit, download and reuse. Content can be available within around 10 minutes after a session ends and remains accessible for a full year through a secure, password-protected Direct Link.

For event teams, the end of a live session is often only the beginning of the content lifecycle. Recordings may be needed for training, transcripts for reporting, captions for accessibility, multilingual audio for regional teams, or summaries for follow-up communications and content creation. Media Hub is designed to make those assets easier to find and put back to work.

One place for every event asset

Depending on the event setup, Media Hub can include:

  • video recordings,
  • original and interpreted or AI-generated audio tracks,
  • caption files in SRT, VTT and TXT formats,
  • transcripts generated from session recordings, and
  • AI-generated summaries in more than 80 languages.

Sessions are grouped by day and start time, helping users quickly locate the right content and open each session to see the files available. From there, teams can preview recordings, generate transcripts and summaries and download the outputs they need.

Media Hub also gives users greater control over recordings before they are shared. From the video preview, users can trim unwanted sections, adjust caption timing, select their preferred audio and caption language, and create a downloadable version with the chosen captions embedded.

AI summaries can be generated in more than 80 languages, including languages that were not enabled during the live session, and can be previewed, copied or downloaded as TXT, PDF or DOCX files.

An event creates valuable multilingual content long after the live conversation has finished. With Media Hub, we’re putting that content directly into our customers’ hands, so they can access it quickly, adapt it to their needs and keep creating value from every event. — Oddmund Braaten, CEO, Interprefy

From live event to ongoing value

Media Hub is built for organisations that want fast, direct access to their own event content. Instead of requesting individual files after every session, teams receive a secure link where materials can be accessed and reused for follow-up communications, reporting, training, stakeholder sharing and content creation.

The launch expands Interprefy’s multilingual event experience beyond the live moment, helping organisations preserve a clear record of their events while making multilingual content easier to share and reuse across teams.

For organisations that prefer Interprefy specialists to edit, correct and deliver polished or broadcast-ready content, Interprefy’s Managed Media Services remain available alongside the new self-service option.
